Vaccines are usually available in October. You can call to book in to the clinics if you suffer with any chronic disease or you feel that you may be at risk. We recommend that all patients over 65 have an injection annually.

Pneumonia Vaccine is also available to all at risk and over 65 patients – this is only required once every 10 years.

It is also advised that all pregnant women receive the flu injection as soon as they know they are pregnant they can book to have this with the nurse any time of year if they are available.

This is an extended access service available to patients to accommodate GP services access when the surgery is closed or unable to provide a suitable appointment.
